A spring with a higher leaf count enables the use of thinner leaf material, creating a more flexible and progressive leaf stack. This results in a smoother spring rate curve throughout the entire suspension cycle. The consistent and linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is crucial for achieving excellent ride quality.
Additional features include fully military-wrapped spring eyes for enhanced durability, diamond-cut inner leaf ends to reduce shear points, and anti-friction pads between the leaves for a quieter and smoother ride.
