Constructed from high strength 3/16" and 1/4" steel, these shackles and hangers are engineered to resist deflection and bending, a common issue with stock shackle hangers. The redesigned mounting location and length of the shackle improves articulation and droop travel for superior off-road performance. When paired with Deaver U402 leaf springs, shock relocation towers, and 12" shocks you can achieve 13" of travel, a remarkable 30% improvement over the factory setup. This kit is compatible with all OEM replacement leaf springs. The hangers are easily installed using grade 8 mounting hardware. For those seeking even greater strength, an optional cross brace is available. This brace is compatible with the OEM spare tire, although compatibility with certain aftermarket rear bumpers may vary.
