What rear suspension parts do
- Shocks. Matching rear shocks to the front keeps the truck balanced and controls body movement over bumps.
- Leaf or coil springs. New springs can add rear lift, restore sagging factory springs, or carry more weight.
- Air springs. Air springs help level the truck when towing or hauling, and you adjust them to the load.
Before you order
- Check the generation. 2007-2021 and 2022+ Tundra parts aren't interchangeable, and 2022+ trucks came with rear coil or rear air suspension.
- Leaf or coil rear. Check which rear spring type your truck has. Parts are specific to one or the other.
